Cavite State University (CvSU) is among the colleges and universities awarded during the Recognition of Top Performing Schools and Topnotchers by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Nursing for the May 2023 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE).
University President Hernando D. Robles, College of Nursing Dean Evelyn M. Del Mundo, and Prof. Jocelyn B. Dimayuga received the Certificate of Recognition as CvSU achieved a 100% passing rate in the May 2023 NLE.
CvSU alumna Ms. Jayzel M. Lozares secured the fifth spot in the May 2023 topnotchers with a rating of 90.60%.
The University also posted a 100% passing rate in Philippine Nurses Special Professional Licensure Examination after a taker from CvSU passed the said special exam.
Department of Health Secretary Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, together with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Commissioner Jose Y. Cueto, and the PRC-PRB of Nursing members presented the certificates to the top performing schools and topnotchers.
